Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Technical Implementation Leads and Software Developers, fostering technical excellence.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle, including discovery, solution architecture, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, CloudOps, and Customer Success teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in software development, technical implementations, or healthcare interoperability.
- 3+ years of experience leading and managing technical teams.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Kubernetes, Docker, and healthcare platform deployments.
