Director, Intellectual Property (Patent Specialist)

Responsibilities:

• Leading the implementation of IP strategy globally.
• Overseeing patent portfolio management.
• Providing proficiency in patent and trademark prosecution.

Requirements:

• Law degree (J.D. or L.L.B.) or equivalent.
• Member in good standing with a Canadian provincial bar or a U.S. state bar.
• 5+ years of IP experience.

Future Opportunities:

• Building and helping to lead the IP team as the function scales.
