What You'll Do:

  • Provide clear, actionable legal guidance to Product and Engineering.
  • Support Kinaxis’ platform and data strategy.
  • Identify and assess legal, regulatory, and intellectual property risks.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A qualified lawyer in good standing in a relevant Canadian province or U.S. state.
  • 5-7 years of progressive legal experience advising on product, technology, and/or IP matters.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build constructive working relationships.
