Senior Business Analyst - Partnerships

Responsibilities:

• Partner with account managers and client stakeholders during sales and discovery meetings to capture, clarify, and document client objectives, operational workflows, and reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain business requirements documentation that accurately reflect customer and internal business owner expectations.
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accurate interpretation of business requirements.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance industry, ideally supporting sales, operations, or technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of insurance processes such as quoting, underwriting, policy issuance, billing, and claims.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
