Your Role:
- Manage all payment-related processes efficiently.
- Oversee payment allocation, dunning, and collection.
- Act as central interface for B2B customers and partners.
Your Mission:
- Ensure timely and error-free payment allocation.
- Reduce open receivables through professional dunning and collection.
- Provide solution-oriented support to customers and partners.
Your Profile:
- Strong numerical understanding and structured work style.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably B2B.
- Excellent German (C1/C2) and good English (B2).
