Job Responsibilities:
- Increase collection of outstanding payments within the personal finance department.
- Identify accounts with overdue payments and find solutions to bring loans to current status.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals.
Required Skills:
- 1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Compensation:
- $19.00/hr + bonus.
- Remote US-based position.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
