Responsibilities:
- Perform delinquent account collection calls, emails, or text messages assigned by management.
- Service inbound customer calls pertaining to collections and redemptions.
- Maintain clear and descriptive notes on all account interactions.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English is preferred.
- One plus years' experience with collections in a call center environment.
- Outstanding customer, communication and organizational skills.
