Responsibilities:

  • Provide our customers with world-class customer service and help resolve questions or concerns.
  • Strategically partner with installers on ways to improve the customer experience and be a supportive, collaborative partner.
  • Effectively manage a pipeline of projects to completion and conduct collaborative investigations into possible fraudulent or suspicious activities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong ability to multi-task and work independently, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge in solar, mortgage, and finance; proficiency with Excel and analyzing data.
  • Bilingual in Spanish required; superior customer service skills and diligent record keeping.

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate of $22/hr.
