About the role:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for solar customers via inbound calls, emails, and chats.
  • Provide clear answers, basic troubleshooting, and timely updates to resolve common issues.
  • Accurately document interactions and route complex cases to appropriate escalation teams.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in call center or BPO.
  • Basic familiarity with solar energy systems or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Success metrics:

  • Achieve 80%+ first contact resolution rate without escalation.
  • Maintain average handle time of 12 minutes and CSAT score of 4+.
  • Ensure 100% SOP compliance and minimal rework needed by Tier 2.
