Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls to assist utility customers with energy efficiency programs, including scheduling and enrollment.
  • Navigate multiple platforms to provide tech support, customer service, and program education using various scripts.
  • Meet performance goals by managing interactions efficiently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED and bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Minimum 6 months customer-facing experience; call center or sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to type 35+ WPM and work a committed schedule with set breaks.
