Role Overview:
- Act as front-line interface with US customers over the phone.
- Respond to inquiries and maintain customer experience.
- Sell client products and offers.
Qualifications:
- Fluent English C1 is a must.
- Alexandria resident and Egyptian nationality required.
- Call centre experience preferred.
Working Conditions:
- 2 days off per week, rotational shifts.
- 9 working hours including 1-hour break.
- Transportation for night and overnight shifts.
