Responsibilities:
- Help clients over the phone and email with questions about logging in, navigating the interface, and performing tasks.
- Train clients on how to use the system, run searches, exports, and advanced features.
- Fulfill client requests such as account creations and project access when not actively supporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher; multilingual in English and German, Mandarin, or Cantonese.
- At least 2-3 years in customer service, tech support, legal, government, financial, or hospitality roles.
- Strong communicator, active listener, team player, flexible, patient, empathetic, and client advocate.
