About the Role:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls assisting customers while adhering to protocols.
- Use multiple web-based systems to resolve inquiries and deliver high-quality service.
- Follow shift and schedule adherence, including potential weekend shifts.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED and US Citizenship.
- Ability to obtain and maintain government clearance.
- Prior call center or customer service experience highly desired.
Work Environment:
- Remote position with all necessary equipment provided.
- Must have non-cellular high-speed internet (Fiber, DSL, or cable).
- Must be willing to travel to London, KY or McAllen, TX for fingerprinting.
