About the Role:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls assisting customers while adhering to protocols.
  • Use multiple web-based systems to resolve inquiries and deliver high-quality service.
  • Follow shift and schedule adherence, including potential weekend shifts.

What We're Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED and US Citizenship.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain government clearance.
  • Prior call center or customer service experience highly desired.

Work Environment:

  • Remote position with all necessary equipment provided.
  • Must have non-cellular high-speed internet (Fiber, DSL, or cable).
  • Must be willing to travel to London, KY or McAllen, TX for fingerprinting.
