Overview:
- We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our call center operations by providing exceptional service to clients and government personnel.
- The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries with professionalism, and accurately document interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls while providing excellent customer service and logging interactions in the tracking system.
- Assist inspectors with profile changes, rescheduling, and account access issues such as password resets and ID reactivation.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support and alert supervisors of trends in customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) and must be a U.S. citizen eligible for a security clearance.
- Experience supporting IT/Helpdesk call centers preferred, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and stay up-to-date with system changes through ongoing training.
