This opportunity involves mentoring a team of 6-8 Account Executives in Miami/Mexico City to sell StackAdapt. The role requires working with leadership on regional expansion strategy and taking ownership of the region and territory. You will drive strategy, collaborating with marketing, events, and sales teams and create action plans based on competitor landscape to help StackAdapt expand its customer footprint in LATAM. Support direct reports through weekly 1:1 meetings and will assist them in expanding current business and securing new opportunities with agencies and brands with approximately 20% travel.
