Requirements:
- Previous experience providing a hot breakfast service in high volumes is required
- Experience with producing baked goods in high volumes is required
- Current Food Safe certificate is required
Additional Responsibilities:
- Monitoring operations and team member’s performance during the shift
- Discuss all issues with the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef or Sous Chef
- Issues must be addressed in a timely manner
