• Prepares sandwiches according to standard recipes and menus.
• Rotates food products to minimize spoilage and waste.

• Handling, preparation, production, and timely service of meals.
• Preparing meals according to client scheduling and within the menu plan and budget guidelines.
• Supervising all portioning of meals on serving line to ensure all clients are receiving amounts specified.

• Meet with the First Cook to discuss preparation and production strategy.
• Assist the First Cook in preparing menu items and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and serving areas, follow food handling guidelines.
