Technical Account Manager (EU - Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Actively engage in calls and meetings with current and future customers, collaborating on technical discussions in ongoing business opportunities.
• Provide in-depth recommendations on architecture, sizing, implementation, and scalability, and assist customers in building solid business cases.
• Create and present materials to showcase product functionality and offer coaching through customized workshops, webinars, and training sessions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in operations research, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent work experience is required.
• At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience, including around 3 years in optimization systems and/or data science, is typically sought.
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English is essential, with additional languages considered a plus.

Skills and Work Environment:

• A hands-on, execution-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, proactive problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail is needed.
• High emotional intelligence, curiosity, and clear communication skills are required to thrive in a fully remote role with global collaboration.
• Proficiency in at least two Gurobi API languages (e.g., C, C++, Java, Python) and a basic understanding of IT, software engineering, and Generative AI are expected.
• The role involves occasional travel (1-2 times per month) and participation in meetings across global time zones.
