Program Specialist, California (Remote)

The Program Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the operational efficiency of Aledade's Scripps team. Responsible for managing key initiatives related to project management, rostering, contracting, meeting planning, reporting and campaign execution while proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements. The program specialist will also create and distribute regular KPI reports. Manages communication efforts related to key initiatives, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment across teams. Collaborates with internal teams such as A+, Performance, Program Teams, and Local Markets to enhance operational workflows. Develops and maintains process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials to support team success.
