IP & License Enforcement Specialist

Responsible for conducting detailed reviews of licensing files to ensure alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and internal procedures. This work supports the integrity of the licensing process and helps identify potential areas of non-compliance early. Leads diligence investigations related to licensing issues, ensuring findings are thoroughly documented and communicated. Timely updates and accurate records are essential for transparency and informed decision-making. Identifies and escalates significant concerns or irregularities to Senior Management for further evaluation. This role serves as a key liaison in ensuring that high-risk matters receive appropriate attention and resolution.
