Team Management & Leadership:
- Focus on skill building, career development, mentorship, and coaching.
- Host 1:1s and team meetings to support individual and overall Production team success.
- Identify opportunities for teamwide learning and development.
Project Oversight & Leadership:
- Responsible for executional excellence, quality, and operational rigor of the team.
- Provide strategic guidance, feedback, tactical advice, and crisis management best practices.
- Guide team on effective partnerships with 3rd party vendors.
Revenue Finance & Health:
- Ensure team compliance with Production's financial tools and processes.
- Maintain oversight of their team’s budgets across projects.
- Provide regular updates on budgets and COGS to the finance team.
