What this job can offer you:
- This role is a core technical and programme lead position within CX Operations, building automation and AI capabilities.
- You will own delivery end to end, from scoping through production and iteration.
- You will work with significant autonomy within agreed priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to and lead delivery of CX automation and AI initiatives from scoping to production.
- Build and maintain AI agents and automated workflows to improve specialist effectiveness.
- Own the technical delivery of CX tooling, integrations, and automated workflows.
What you bring:
- A manager of one: you identify what needs doing and deliver without needing to be chased.
- Hands-on experience building automation in a CX context, with technical confidence in code and APIs.
- Strong programme management skills to scope complex initiatives and manage stakeholders.
