What You Will Do:
- Serve as the go-to expert on applied AI for finance, accounting, and operations.
- Own the rollout of Claude Essentials across the team, delivering training and building reusable prompt libraries.
- Identify high-value automation opportunities and build AI-native workflows across close, AP, reconciliations, and reporting.
Credentials Required:
- 5+ years in data/analytics, automation, or finance-technology roles with hands-on delivery.
- Demonstrated expertise with LLM/generative-AI tools, including prompt engineering and workflow design.
- Strong SQL and experience with Snowflake, Oracle, or comparable enterprise data platforms.
What Success Looks Like in 6-12 Months:
- Roll out Claude Essentials and approved AI-native workflows so the majority of the finance/accounting team is actively using them.
- Deliver several production workflows in core accounting with documented, verifiable time savings.
- Launch at least one operations workflow and stand up audit-ready guardrails and documentation.
