Job Description
Lead day-to-day operations of the project management office, setting priorities and coordinating project staff to meet targets.
Work with local branches in sales and order implementation, designing operational plans and collaborating with other areas to secure resources.
Identify resources, analyze requirements, resolve problems, and manage external contractor relationships.
Supervise project personnel, resolve complex issues, participate in leadership meetings, and conduct associate meetings.
