Role Overview:
- Support federal HR operations for the Department of the Navy’s Manpower & Reserve Affairs organization.
- Analyze business processes, translate operational needs into requirements, and improve workflows.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a mission-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance Microsoft SharePoint sites with accurate, organized content.
- Develop HR reports, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations using Cognos BI, Qlik, Databricks, and DON/Jupiter.
- Support EEO systems, reporting requirements, testing activities, and enterprise HR initiatives.
Requirements:
- Five or more years of experience with Cognos BI, DON/Jupiter, or comparable analytics platforms.
- At least three years working with federal HR data for reporting and performance measurement.
- Two or more years of SharePoint content management; U.S. citizenship required.
