Director of Product: Core Experience & Customer Lifetime Value

TrustedHousesitters is seeking a Director of Product to lead the core member experience and customer lifetime value initiatives. This role involves owning the strategy and roadmap for the end-to-end member experience, from onboarding to repeat sits. The focus will be on evolving the app as the primary engagement channel and driving product health metrics such as activation, retention, and satisfaction. This role also involves building and mentoring a team of product managers, collaborating cross-functionally, and representing product performance to the executive team. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-growth B2C environments, strong app product expertise, and a deep understanding of customer lifecycle and data analysis.
