Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and scale a sales team to exceed sales quotas.
  • Oversee client relationships and account management.
  • Collaborate with marketing for effective messaging and pipeline management.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Deepen relationships with major Digital Solutions and ecommerce platform partners.
  • Assist sales team members close large deals.
  • Oversee proposal writing, RFP response, and SOW creation.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in sales leadership.
  • Proven success exceeding multimillion-dollar revenue targets in Digital Solutions.
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset, skilled at using CRM.

Other Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with technologies such as PIM, CPQ, CMS, OMS, ERP, CDP, and analytics.
  • Experience building and scaling sales processes and partner programs.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills, balancing strategy with performance leadership.
