Job Description
Hire, coordinate and drive a high performing team of Smart Contract Engineers. Responsibilities include mentoring, incentivizing, and managing engineers to deliver highly complex and uncertain deliverables against tight deadlines. Lead and unblock members of your team whilst working closely with the CTO and Technical Leads to scope and report on engineering deliverables and timelines. Hire and retain world class talent. Must have experience leading teams in early stage startups/scaleups, exceptional leadership, communication, and drive - particularly when under pressure. Experience attracting and hiring world-class engineers, hands-on engineering experience shipping secure, high-TVL smart contracts and protocols, and experience working with external auditors.
