About the Role:
- Own the AI narrative and messaging for Tier 1 launches, connecting individual capabilities into a cohesive story.
- Translate deep technical understanding of AI (models, agentic workflows, data architecture) into customer value.
Responsibilities:
- Craft messaging for flagship AI releases, ensuring all assets ladder back to the launch narrative.
- Conduct ongoing market research into AI trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs.
Adoption & Impact:
- Drive customer adoption of AI capabilities through lifecycle messaging and enablement.
- Partner with customer marketing and CS on reference stories and case studies.

- Competitive base salary range of $172,000 - $230,000, plus equity and variable pay.
