Responsibilities:
- Build operational workflows that support Enhanced Care Management, Community Supports, and Primary Care services.
- Ensure services are approved and delivered within required payer timelines.
- Establish operational standards that ensure compliance with Medi-Cal and managed care plan guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Experience leading or supervising operational teams in healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid managed care authorization requirements.
- Ability to use data to drive operational decisions.
