Role Description:
- Oversee the core care delivery engine of the organization.
- Design the mechanisms that connect different groups.
- Ensure priorities, resources, and operational execution stay aligned.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of leadership experience in operations or business operations.
- Demonstrated experience scaling operations in high-growth organizations.
- Track record of translating company strategy into operational execution.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience operating within Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, or value-based care environments.
- Experience scaling multi-market healthcare delivery organizations.
- Experience leading or closely partnering with Regional General Managers.
