Senior Solution Consultant with Human Capital Management Experience

Role Overview:

• Communicate and demonstrate the power of Workday's applications to prospects and customers.
• Work closely with sales, Product Management, Consulting Services, Marketing, and Value Management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.
• Assist in closing sales opportunities by resolving questions regarding solutions, services, and training.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of extensive human resource domain expertise in Core HR, Talent, Recruitment, Learning, Payroll, etc.
• 3+ years of business experience with cloud-based HCM applications like Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.

Work Environment:

• Travel up to 40% of the time for customer meetings and events.
• Flexible work approach combining in-person time and remote, with at least 50% of time per quarter in office or field.
