Senior Workday Architect

About the Role:

• Kastech is expanding Workday practice leadership in Canada.
• We are hiring a Senior Workday Architect with deep partner-side delivery experience.
• This role involves leading complex implementation and support engagements and growing into a client-facing leadership role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead solution architecture and design for Workday HCM and/or Financials implementations.
• Own technical delivery across the full implementation lifecycle: discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, hypercare.
• Provide senior-level support and AMS oversight for post-go-live clients.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Workday consulting experience, with at least 3 years on the partner/systems-integrator side.
• Active Workday certification(s) in HCM Core and/or Financials Core.
• Demonstrated experience across at least two full implementation lifecycles and four ongoing support/AMS engagements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Workday Extend, Prism Analytics, or Adaptive Planning.
• Prior experience at a Workday services partner (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, Collaborative Solutions, IBM, Huron).
• Experience carrying delivery or account leadership responsibility.
