English to Slovenian Review Lead for UI, Marketing & Product Content

Role Overview:

• This remote freelance role focuses on leading linguistic quality for Slovenian content in high-visibility global technology products.
• You will serve as the primary quality owner for the Slovenian locale, working with reviewers and client stakeholders.

Accountabilities:

• Track client feedback and quality updates to ensure consistent application across content categories.
• Conduct quality audits, manage escalations, and maintain arbitration records with evidence-based recommendations.
• Organize alignment roundtables and coach reviewers to drive measurable quality improvements.

Requirements:

• Requires 3-5+ years of localization quality assurance experience and native Slovenian with professional English.
• Demonstrated experience managing arbitration processes and using quality evaluation frameworks like RQE and LQE.
