Role Overview:
- Serve as the primary linguistic quality expert for a global technology client.
- Ensure consistent standards across UI, marketing, product, legal, informational, and support content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain quality expectations for English-to-Ukrainian content.
- Track client feedback and lead alignment roundtables with monthly quality reports.
- Coach reviewers and manage escalations with evidence-based arbitration.
Requirements:
- Three to five plus years in localization quality assurance or senior language leadership.
- Native-level Ukrainian and professional-level English with strong communication skills.
