The Account Executive will make 50-60 calls a day (+ 60 minutes of talk time) to secure new business by selling licensed businesses the OfferUp Business and/or OfferUp Verified Dealer Programs. The role will provide exemplary customer service to all customers and research and prospect new customers in targeted territories. The Account Expercutive will discover the path to successfully selling to various businesses in various targeted categories (including but not limited to autos, furniture, electronics, etc.). The role will leverage tech stack for accurate reporting, discovering opportunities in the process, and efficient outreach to target many businesses. The role will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Business Operations to ensure the learnings from customers are incorporated into the overall business direction as well as Lead, track, and report on all prospecting activity and results in our CRM (Salesforce.com).
