Job Description

The Customer Service Representative will help ensure that all aspects of beneficiary care are met through working with different departments or individuals across multiple locations and specialties. This is a completely remote position. Key responsibilities include assessing beneficiaries to identify medical, physical, and psychosocial needs, ensuring accurate data entry, resolving issues, and referring beneficiaries to network providers. The role also involves maintaining HIPAA compliance and confidentiality guidelines and assisting in producing trend reports to improve workflow efficiency.
