Virtual Receptionist

We are seeking virtual receptionists to handle inbound calls, answer inquiries, and book appointments for home services businesses such as cleaning companies, electricians, plumbers, landscapers, etc. You will represent the client as if you are working in the client’s office and are a part of their company, answering pleasantly and reciting their standard greeting. You will be trained to answer customers’ questions and book appointments on our client’s CRM/scheduling platforms. While speaking with the customer you will take detail call summary notes which will include the customer’s contact information, reason for inquiry and any other relevant information. This information will be recorded while speaking with the customer. After the phone call ends, you will send your call summary notes to our client. You must have great attention to detail and make sure there are no typos or missing information.
