We are looking for an experienced accounting professional to manage full-cycle accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance under accrual accounting principles. The role involves ensuring accuracy in QuickBooks (Desktop and Online) and Xero, supporting month-end and year-end closings, and collaborating with management to enhance compliance and reporting efficiency.

We’re looking for a sharp, operationally minded Client Success & Operations Specialist who can manage complexity with calm, precision, and empathy. You’ll oversee a large portfolio of 30–60 clients at once, guiding them through our structured 120-day journey. You’ll be the bridge between clients and the internal delivery team—ensuring progress stays visible, expectations are clear, and every deliverable moves on time.

Serve as the primary point of contact by answering incoming calls professionally and assist with scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming patient appointments. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Clinic Owner and staff and assist with organizing, tracking, and maintaining patient records and essential documentation. Manage patient billing inquiries, process payments, and assist with general accounts receivable tasks for the clinic.
