Key Responsibilities:
- Manually source leads using Google Maps and Google Search.
- Search by location and niche (e.g., “Roofers in San Diego”).
- Identify businesses with negative or one-star reviews.
Cold Outreach & Appointment Setting:
- Execute 30–50 outbound calls per day.
- Build rapport quickly and navigate gatekeepers.
- Schedule meetings between business owners and the Agency Owner.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong outbound sales mentality with a proactive attitude.
- High resilience and ability to perform in a rejection-heavy environment.
- Near-native level English fluency required.
