Regional Manager, Tampa West

The Regional Manager will lead all aspects of Inspire Therapy's commercial development for Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) within a specific geographic area. This role involves hiring exceptional sales and clinical support staff and implementing the commercial strategy to meet Inspire’s goals. Responsibilities include assessing and training new medical centers, building a high-performing sales team, and fostering a performance-based culture. The manager will also drive patient flow into trained medical centers, share best practices within the region, and work closely with various teams. Coaching and feedback will be provided to team members to enhance their sales, communication, and clinical skills. Compliance with Inspire Quality System policies and procedures is essential.
