Responsibilities:
- Become the internal and external source of truth for A2P Messaging Compliance.
- Stay ahead of industry shifts and regulatory updates.
- Guide clients through onboarding, vetting processes, and best-practice adoption.
Qualifications:
- You must be a "pro" communicator.
- Convey complex information clearly and professionally.
- Demonstrated experience working with Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools.
Bonus Points (Preferred Skills):
- In-depth knowledge of US-based Messaging Compliance(10DLC, Short Code, Toll-Free).
- Familiarity with the CTIA guidelines and the broader messaging ecosystem.
- Experience managing Vendor Relations with Campaign Service Providers (CSPs) or Direct Connect Aggregators (DCAs).
