Function/Duties of Position:
- Triages and documents accurately telephone calls from patients.
- Delivers information promptly to appropriate providers.
- Schedules new patient appointments online.
Quality Customer Service:
- Provides high quality customer service to both external and internal customers.
- Demonstrates prompt and professional communication efforts.
- Applies process improvement methods and skills.
Additional Details:
- Option to telework 3x week after 6-12-month probationary period.
- Must be able to sit at a desk/computer station continuously throughout the work day.
- Standard work hours: M – F; 7:30 – 5:30 pm; hours may vary depending on operating needs
