About the Role:
- We are seeking Live Lesson Moderators to support our teachers during livestreamed lessons.
- Moderators ensure lessons run smoothly by responding to student questions, clarifying content, and managing queries.
- This is a fully remote role, ideal for current university students, gap year students, or recent graduates.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in live chat to provide subject-related responses and enforce codes of conduct.
- Provide real-time support to teachers for smooth lesson delivery.
- Assist students with basic technical or access issues.
Who We're Seeking:
- Grade A*/A at A-Level in Biology.
- Strong subject knowledge and clear communication skills.
- Calm, responsible, and comfortable multitasking in fast-paced environments.
