Product Specialist - Incident Reporting

Job Summary:

• First Due is seeking a tech-savvy, customer-focused fire and EMS subject matter expert to work as an Implementation Product Specialist.
• You will work with Fire & EMS customers to Implement First Due modules, providing industry-leading leadership, guidance, and support.
• You will build its best-of-breed end-to-end Fire and EMS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with implementation project managers to successfully implement and launch First Due to Fire and EMS customers of varying sizes and complexities.
• Stay educated on module functionality, configuration, and industry best practices, including compliance requirements.
• Provide guidance on standards to both customers and First Due’s product management team.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Public Safety software or operations (preferably in Fire or EMS)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional project management skills: ability to manage multiple customer requests and projects simultaneously.
