Solutions Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Become an expert on the Postscript platform and help customers extend their strategy into email alongside SMS.
• Lead technical discovery calls and prepare demos to showcase advanced capabilities.
• Execute proof of concepts for complex use cases, collaborating with onboarding and engineering teams.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 3 years in a customer-facing technical role with ecommerce knowledge.
• Strong technical skills including front-end web technologies and API integrations.
• A genuine excitement for AI and its potential to drive results.
