Responsibilities:
- Work with Sales Teams and prospects on evaluation and adoption of Algolia solutions.
- Assist in technical discovery, demo, POC, and RFP responses.
- Distill and advocate customer interests and feedback to Product and Engineering.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role (SE, SA, consultant, PM) in SaaS.
- Software development experience in front-end (JavaScript, TypeScript, React) or back-end (Java, Ruby, Go, Node, Python, Swift/Objective-C).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Nice to Have:
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
- Background in search or e-commerce; knowledge of Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Commercetools.
