- Partner cross-functionally during the pre- and post-sales process to understand technical requirements and translate to scalable integration solutions.
- Drive the onboarding process by bringing solutions discovery, technical enablement, product deployment assessment, and platform integration expertise.
- Assess customers requirements to propose solutions with our platform/product and oversee live launch and hand-off to Account Management or Customer Success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or other technical field.
- 3+ years of solution engineering experience or technical consultant manager in a customer-facing role for SaaS high-growth companies.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese are required.
Technical Skills:
- Experience developing rich applications with JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, and CSS3 is required.
- Mobile experience (Android, iOS) and cross-platform (Flutter, React) is a plus.
- Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify is a plus.
