Role Overview:
- You will work closely with customers to understand their objectives and business processes.
- You will translate requirements into technical solutions and workflows.
- You will collaborate with Customer Success, Delivery, Product, and Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and deploy Vyn solutions for demonstrations, trials, and production.
- Build customer dashboards and provide data-driven operational insights.
- Feed customer feedback into the product roadmap.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in solution engineering or similar roles.
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON, SQL, and system integrations.
