Senior Solutions Engineering, Post-Sales (Remote)

What you'll do:

• Work closely with sales channels, customer care, product management, and other solutions engineering teams.
• Develop tools and educational content for internal teams and external partners.
• Identify gaps in the product ecosystem and provide feedback to product and development teams.

How you'll make an impact:

• Develop expert-level knowledge as a Subject Matter Expert to empower end-users and partners.
• Collaborate with revenue teams to deliver effective solutions and accelerate deal closure.
• Mentor and support Solutions Engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices.

What you'll bring to this role:

• 5-8 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Expertise in telematics, IoT, APIs, and programming languages like Python, SQL, Java, or C#.
